The basis is the courses listed in the True Upskill catalog and the certificates issued for them through TRUE, from the first one issued until today. Certificates issued any other way are not included.
When a provider runs the same course several times, for example once per class, the catalog shows one page and adds their certificates together. The catalog also lists a few providers outside Sweden, and they are counted too.
Not every course states its format or teaching language. Those two charts are therefore based only on the courses that do, and the note under each chart says how large a share of the certificates that covers.
Shares are rounded to the nearest five percent and counts to a level that reveals no exact figure. No provider or course is named.
